The digital revolution has connected global communities like no other time in human history.
Education and enterprise compete on an international stage for talent and business, taking many of us far from our homes in search of new and challenging opportunities.
Along the way we learn new languages and bump up against new traditions but it’s the cultural differences that most powerfully colour your experience of a new community.
Understanding the history of a place and its values is key to establishing respectful, sustainable relationships and avoiding the pitfalls of social and cultural misunderstandings.
"Thanks to Katarzyna’s workshop, I could get to know the fundamental values of people from each nationality and culture. It was a worthwhile, fruitful experience for the people who started working in international circumstances for the first time in their life."
„Katarzyna was very knowledgeable and helpful…. Great training to get started in a new culture.“

"You were truly authentic... you used well your techniques and expertise to professionally bring together a group of participants from three different nations to warmly and actively participate in the classroom and that made the course interesting.
For us new instructors you have left us with some good tools and techniques that can be of advantage in both our personal and professional life when it comes to communication skills. Thank you, keep it up!"

" Thanks to Kasia for conducting a very engaging workshop on inclusion and diversity. Participants were a mix of LCL members and those from the SportsWorks community, of different nationalities, age group and gender which made the discussions truly diverse. Kasia used different forms of games to get us to work in teams, and eventually to create a story with very fun constraints. It made us think more about different styles of leadership, communication and how we can produce results with people we barely know in such a short time.
Truly, inclusiveness and collaboration are key!
Thank you, Kasia, for gifting us with some reflections on team dynamics today. "
"On behalf of the team, I would like to thank you for delivering an excellent program, and upon a last minute request! Please find attached the program evaluation, which indicates excellence.
These evaluations are crucial in demonstrating value to our clients. Thank you!"
