" Thanks to Kasia for conducting a very engaging workshop on inclusion and diversity.  Participants were a mix of LCL members and those from the SportsWorks community, of different nationalities, age group and gender which made the discussions truly diverse.  Kasia used different forms of games to get us to work in teams, and eventually to create a story with very fun constraints.  It made us think more about different styles of leadership, communication and how we can produce results with people we barely know in such a short time. Truly, inclusiveness and collaboration are key! Thank you, Kasia, for gifting us with some reflections on team dynamics today. "
